PMP4 Scope Management: Discussions on Plan Scope Management, Collect Requirements, creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Scope validation

PMP5 Time Management: Discussions on Plan Schedule Management, Activities, Sequence Activities, Estimate Activity Resources, Estimate Activity Durations, Develop Schedule and Create Critical Path Method

PMP6 Cost Management: Discussions on Plan Cost Management, Compute Estimate Costs, analyze how to Determine Budget, Control Costs and Calculate Earned Value

PMP 7 Quality Management: Discussions on Definition of Quality, Plan Quality, Perform Quality Assurance

PMP 8 Human Resource Management: Discussions on Human Resource Management, Project Team, Manage Project Team

PMP 9 Communications Management: Discussions on Project Manager’s Role in Communications, Create Plan Communications, Define Manage Communications, Describe Control Communications
